5.5.3. Participation Fee

Participation fee refers to a fee determined by the platform, which the participant must pay to the platform in order to participate in a group.

The Participation fee will be determined by Nexspecto in proportion to the size of the respective savings group.

In determining the participation fee, Nexspecto will consider which chain the relevant group is on and the gas fees that the participants will be exposed to on the relevant chain.

Nexspecto will optionally decide on which asset or assets the participation fee can be made, and it will be visible to users on the Nexspecto platform, specific to the relevant savings group or as a general rule.

If the user who joins a savings group by paying the participation fee does not fulfill their obligations and is liquidated, they cannot demand the participation fee.
