In the later phases of the Nexpecto platform, real world assets (RWAs) are fractionalized in NFT form and offered to users.

The first form of RWA-based NFTs will be automotive and real estate based.

With fractionalized NFTs, which are in line with the tokenization trend and concept, unique opportunities will be created for users while increasing product diversity on the platform.
