6.2.2. Premium NFTs

A premium edition NFT collection will be available for the launch of the Nexspecto platform.

Premium NFTs will have a very special and invaluable utility for their owners by offering lifetime free participation in savings groups offered on the platform without paying a participation fee.

The Nexspecto platform will offer more savings groups to its users with different asset integrations over time, and the number of savings groups offered on the platform will increase overall.

With the increase in the number of savings groups, the number of groups with high number of participants and large pool size will also increase. The participation fee for groups with large liquidity pools will also be proportinally high. Premium NFT owners will be able to join all these groups free of charge, regardless of the size of the pool and the amount of the participation fee.

Limits may be imposed on Premium NFT holders, without violating their fundamental rights associated with the premium NFT they have, from their actions that may harm other users and the sustainability of the platform, such as joining many groups simultaneously for free.

The principles regarding the number, price and sale of Premium NFTs will be decided by the Nexspecto team and will be announced on the platform and on the platform's social media channels.

Premium NFT holders may have additional rights and privileges in the following phases, apart from not paying the participation fee.
